C Series Idlers
PML C Series Idlers are designed for continuous service operation on all conveying systems requiring CEMA C equipment. The rolls are 4" (102mm), 5" (127mm), or 6" (152mm) diameter with 1" (25 mm) steel shaft and 6205 greased-for-life ball bearings. The rolls are equipped with a comprehensive sealing system of innerseal, two part triple channel labyrinth, endcap, and weatherseal.
For extra wear and life, we provide the additional standards:
- versatile shaft design with optional snap-on adaptors to retrofit many other brands;
- 1/4" (6.4mm) thick tube wall for 6" (152mm) diameter rolls;
- 1-3/16" (30mm) shaft between bearings in 54" & 60" flat return rolls;
- rubber, urethane covers bonded to steel shells;
- idler frames with formed end and center brackets, jig welded for consistency and accuracy.
