D Series Idlers
PML D Series Idlers are designed for continuous service operation on all conveying systems requiring CEMA D equipment. The rolls are 5" (127 mm), or 6" (152 mm) diameter with 1-3/16" (30 mm) steel shaft and 6206 greased-for-life ball bearings. The rolls are equipped with a comprehensive sealing system of innerseal, two part triple channel labyrinth, endcap, and weatherseal.
For extra wear and life, we provide as additional standards:
- 1/4" (6.4 mm) thick tube wall for 6" (152 mm) diameter rolls;
- rubber, urethane covers bonded to steel shells;
- idler frames with formed end and center brackets, jig welded for consistency and accuracy
