XXHDE Series Idlers

PML XXHDE Series Idlers are designed for continuous service operation on all conveying systems having extremely heavy duty conditions. The rolls are minimum 6" (152 mm) diameter with a 2-3/8" (60 mm) steel shaft and 6312 greased-for-life ball bearings. The rolls are equipped with a comprehensive sealing system, of innerseal, two part multiple channel labyrinth, felt seal, endcap and weatherseal.

Rolls and frames in this series are custom designed to meet specific conveying conditions.
